Used the bread machine yesterday for the first time in forever. Made Gabi's World Famous Low-Carb Bread
- highly recommended. I substituted oat bran for both the oat flour and the wheat bran (so 1/2 cup oat bran) and it was very tasty. The flax seed meal gives it a pleasantly nutty flavor. She says it's 3.4 grams of carb per slice, though with the way I slice it it's probably twice that.
